Supporting 45 million VND to build a Trade Union Shelter for union members in difficult circumstances

Thanh Hoa - The Provincial Labor Federation supports 45 million VND to build "Trade Union Homes" for union members in difficult circumstances.

On July 22, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had awarded 45 million VND to support the construction of "Trade Union Shelter" houses for Ms. Chu Thi Van Anh, a union member of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. This is a practical activity to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).

Union member Chu Thi Van Anh has particularly difficult circumstances. Her husband died early, and she alone raises two children to study. For many years, the three mothers and children have had to live in rent, without conditions to build a house.

Faced with that situation, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation has supported 45 million VND from the Thanh Hoa Trade Union Member Support Fund to build a "Trade Union Home". Along with the help of relatives, the new house has been completed, helping the three mothers and children have a stable place to live, feel secure in studying, working and gradually rise up in life.

The "Trade Union Shelter" program contributes to helping many union members in difficult circumstances stabilize their accommodation and feel secure in working, while affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
