Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan (from Hai Phong), graduated from applied IT major, Hanoi Transport College (Tu Liem ward, Hanoi) in 2024.

Participating in a job fair connecting 6 provinces and cities organized by the Hanoi Employment Service Center on August 25, Mr. Thuan was recruited by a company in Thanh Xuan ward, with a starting salary of 10 million VND/month.
Mr. Thuan said that after graduating from intermediate school, he went to work officially for a collaborative computer business establishment since he was still in school. Here, he works full-time, accumulating more experience, so when applying, he is confident when answering interviews with employers.
I was quite surprised by the salary of 10 million VND/month because I thought I had only graduated from intermediate school, not competing with college or university degrees. The place I work is currently paying a salary of VND 7,500,000/month. After careful research, I realized that businesses need experienced, "practic" people, not too much importance for qualifications. The staff directly interviewed me and highly appreciated my work since my second year and continuously learned and trained me during my work process, said Mr. Thuan.
Mr. Thuan said that he started working for the new company right after the September 2 holiday.

Ms. Mai graduated with a degree in hotel restaurant business from Hanoi College of Arts (Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi). After less than 2 years of studying, Ms. Mai worked for a restaurant in Hoan Kiem ward. On August 25, she was hired to work as a room attendant at a hotel in Dong Da ward.
