The Hanoi People's Committee has just submitted a document to the City People's Council for consideration and decision on the investment policy for the Land acquisition, compensation, resettlement support, and site clearance (GPMB) project of the Gia Binh Airport connecting road construction project to Hanoi Capital (section in Hanoi).
The goal of the project is to soon deploy site clearance work, creating a clean site to speed up the implementation of the Gia Binh Airport connecting road investment project to Hanoi Capital.
Regarding scope: Organize site clearance within the cross-section direction of the project that has been approved by the City People's Committee ( cross-section B=120m).
Regarding scale: Compensation, support for site clearance; Compensation for technical infrastructure works and social infrastructure in use attached to land (the project does not include the site clearance boundary of 3 railway stations including Yen Thuong, Yen Vien, Trung Mau, moving 500 kV high-voltage power lines, building resettlement areas for the project).
This is a group A project, with a preliminary total investment of more than VND 7,600 billion, from the city budget.
The project implementation location is in Dong Anh district, Gia Lam district; project implementation time is 2025-2026.
The project connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi starts at the connection point with the section on the territory of Bac Ninh province across Duong River; the end point is at the connection point with the Tu Lien bridge approach to the center of Hanoi at the intersection of Tu Lien bridge approach, Ring Road 3 and Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway, about 14km long, part of which is located on the administrative boundary of Tu Son city, Bac Ninh province, about 1.62km long.
According to the above route plan towards Hanoi, there are about 12.38km within the administrative boundaries of Hanoi.
The pre-feasibility study report for the Land acquisition, compensation, resettlement support and site clearance project of the Gia Binh Airport - Hanoi connecting road investment project (section in Hanoi) submitted for approval of the Investment policy not including the area within the administrative boundaries of Tu Son city, Bac Ninh province (1.62km).
To handle this content, the City People's Committee has sent a document to the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to agree to include the implementation of a 1.62km section located in the direction of the route towards Hanoi but located on the administrative boundary of Tu Son city, Bac Ninh province (including land acquisition and construction investment) in the scope of the Investment Project for the section in Bac Ninh area (from Gia Binh Airport to the administrative boundary between Hanoi and Bac Ninh) implemented by Bac Ninh province.
Accordingly, the City People's Committee submitted to the City People's Council to agree so that the Hanoi People's Committee can report to the competent authority to consider the decision to assign the Hanoi People's Committee as the competent authority to implement the Land Acquisition, Compensation and Resettlement Support Project, and GPMB of the investment project to build a road connecting Gia Binh Airport to Hanoi (section in Hanoi) in case Bac Ninh province agrees to propose to Hanoi to implement a 1.62km section located in the direction of Hanoi but located on the administrative boundary of Tu Son city, Bac Ninh province to ensure synchronization in progress.
It is expected that the above content will be considered and approved by the Hanoi People's Council at the 24th session held on June 27.
