On April 22, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots Trade Union of XDD Textiles Co., Ltd. has just coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the 2026 Sports Festival. There are 8 participating teams, from trade union groups in the company, including: 2 teams from Factory 1; 2 teams from Factory 2; Textile Factory; Preparation Factory; Office - Textile Yarn Warehouse - Motivation - Production Technology liên quân; Finished Products - Post-Adjustment - Quality Management - Electromechanical - Environmental Protection liên quân.
The sports festival attracted a large number of union members and workers to participate and cheer, with 4 competition categories including: tug-of-war, sack jumping, rope jumping and relay. The competition categories took place sôi nổi, excitedly, showing the spirit of solidarity, coordination and high determination of the teams.
In tug-of-war, there is fierce competition, promoting collective strength; sack jumping and rope jumping bring a joyful and exciting atmosphere; relay running shows agility, flexibility and effective coordination between members.
The sports festival took place successfully, creating an exciting atmosphere among union members and workers. Workers who are diligently working in production every day have become enthusiastic athletes, competing their best in the enthusiastic cheers of colleagues. As a result, in each competition content, the organizing committee awarded first, second, and third prizes to 3 excellent teams; and awarded 3 overall prizes with a total prize value of 26 million VND.
This is a practical activity of the grassroots Trade Union of XDD Textiles Co., Ltd., towards celebrating the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South, national reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2026), the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 – May 1, 2026), celebrating the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 – 2031 and responding to Workers' Month 2026.
The sports festival not only creates a healthy and useful playground, improving the spiritual life of union members and workers, but also contributes to strengthening solidarity, building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises, contributing to the development of the company.
