On June 12, information from the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor said that in the first 6 months of the year, the coordination of inspection and examination has been effectively coordinated by trade unions at all levels.
Trade unions at all levels have coordinated to participate in interdisciplinary inspection teams on compliance with regulations on labor law, Trade Union Law, social insurance, occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting and policies according to legal regulations at 13 units and enterprises.

Some non-state enterprises in Dak Lak have not yet strictly complied with the provisions of labor law and the Trade Union Law.
The situation of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance payment arrears for employees is still common. In addition, there is also a phenomenon of late payment and evasion of union fee payment occurring in some units and enterprises.
According to data from Dak Lak Provincial Social Insurance, as of April 30, 2025, the whole province has 1,231 enterprises owing social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees with a total amount of VND 119.67 billion.
Of which, the amount of social insurance debt is 107.21 billion VND, health insurance debt is 8.78 billion VND and unemployment insurance debt is 3.67 billion VND. The total number of workers affected by the above debts is 5,782 people.
Through inspection work, the trade union organization has recommended that enterprises fully implement the regime and policies for employees in accordance with regulations.
In the first 6 months of 2025, trade unions at all levels in the province have coordinated to organize 28 supervisions on the implementation of labor laws and the Trade Union Law.
Monitoring shows that, in general, businesses have implemented quite well the regimes and policies related to workers.
In addition, the trade union organization also actively participates in giving comments and reviewing regulations and documents related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers, civil servants and employees.
According to information from the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor, the total number of workers, civil servants, and laborers in agencies, units, and enterprises with trade unions in the locality is 88,454 people.
Of which, 84,122 union members are active in 1,824 grassroots unions.
