On June 11, the Dien Bien Provincial Trade Union held the 7th Executive Committee Conference (expanded), term VI, 2023-2028. Summarize the activities of the Trade Union in the first 6 months of the year, deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.
Currently, the provincial Trade Union is managing 56 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) with a total of 4,146 union members and workers.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the work of caring for the material and spiritual lives of union members was given special attention, becoming an outstanding mark. On the occasion of Lunar New Year, the provincial trade unions at all levels presented gifts and supported union members with a total amount of over 5 billion VND.
The provincial Trade Union also supported the construction of 1 "Union Shelter" house, 3 "Great Unity" houses, 1 boarding house, 2 boarding kitchens and hundreds of valuable gifts for union members in special circumstances, with a budget of more than 2 billion VND.
In addition, trade unions at all levels have actively mobilized union members to support social and charity funds with an amount of over 4 billion VND. The voluntary blood donation movement was also strongly responded to, collecting over 355 units of blood.
The work of building trade union organizations has received attention, as 46 new union members have been admitted and 1 grassroots union has been established in the enterprise.
In the last 6 months of the year, the provincial Trade Union has set out 7 tasks and 6 key solutions, associated with the theme of activities "Focus on developing union members; participating in building a clean and strong Party".
On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Federation of Labor commended and rewarded many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement.
