On the afternoon of March 20, the Trade Union Affairs Committee of the City Labor Federation informed that after 10 days of launching, the photo contest "You are the color of March sunshine" has attracted more than 3,000 entries, posted on the Hai Phong Trade Union fanpage. The entries are still being sent to the Organizing Committee with a quantity of hundreds of entries/day, showing the strong spread of the contest in the city's Trade Union levels.
The contest is organized to honor the graceful beauty and bravery of female union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers, record and spread everyday but inspiring moments of women in labor and work, from the image of female workers on production lines, the brilliant ao dai in factories to the dedicated figure in offices. At the same time, this is also a creative and meaningful playground for union members and laborers to express their perspectives and stories through each frame.
The special feature of the contest is to encourage the image of ao dai in labor and work - a symbol of Vietnamese traditional beauty when appearing in modern life. Through this, the image of Hai Phong women appears both gentle, elegant, and strong, confident and responsible in their work.
Entries will be sent online via the QR code of the Organizing Committee, accompanied by a short message (no more than 50 words) sharing the meaning of the photo. After posting, the work will be voted on the social network Facebook, creating a lively interactive space where the community can spread beautiful images of female union members and workers.
Time to receive entries from March 10 to 4:00 PM on April 10; Close the Voting Gate at 4:00 PM on April 12, 2026. The closing and award ceremony is expected to be held at the end of April 2026.
The contest results are calculated based on 40% of Facebook interaction scores (Like/Share) and 60% of the professional judges' scores, ensuring to both reflect the spread in the community and promote the artistic value of the work. The contest has a total prize value of over 300 million VND, including many attractive collective and individual prizes. In which, the highest collective prize is worth 30 million VND, along with many other valuable prizes for excellent works.
