As of May 28, 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front system, socio-political organizations, and member organizations of the Front have held 61,791 conferences to collect opinions. The total number of comments on the entire content of the draft Resolution is 51,192,334 (including 2,592,002 comments from organizations and 48,600,332 comments from individuals). There were 49,918,935 opinions in favor (accounting for 98.9%) for the draft Resolution, 615,420 opinions in favor and proposals for more amendments and improvements (accounting for 1.1%) for the draft Resolution.
Through the process of implementing the consultation process on the draft Resolution, all opinions were highly unanimous on the policy of amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
