Reporting at the Conference on the Preliminary Work Conference for the first 6 months of the year, deploying the direction and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025, Chairman of the Apatit Vietnam Company Trade Union Dang Hong Phong said that since the beginning of the year, the Trade Union has coordinated to propagate the Party's resolutions, the action program of the Company's Party Committee, focusing on disseminating the production - business situation and key tasks for workers to understand, agree and make joint efforts to implement production and business plans.
The union has coordinated with professionals to organize Tet care for workers with a total budget of over 3.6 billion VND.
In addition, the Trade Union also allocated nearly 700 million VND to visit and support workers in difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, children with disabilities, and orphans.
On the occasion of Children's Day on June 1, children of workers were given gifts worth nearly 700 million VND; female workers and civil servants were given gifts worth 720 million VND on March 8. Due to prolonged hot weather, the Trade Union issued roads and black beans to workers with a total cost of 226 million VND...
The union also coordinated to give gifts to poor workers, support 2 chemical shelters; organize nursing, study tours and practical care activities...
