On July 28, on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) organized a delegation to visit and present gifts to workers working at 5 enterprises in Binh Hoa Industrial Park and Binh Duc Ward.
The delegation was led by Mr. Do Tran Thinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor. Accompanying him were Mr. Nguyen Nhat Tien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Trade Union Committee; Mr. Pham Van Dang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
With the motto "No one should stay behind", the delegation directly visited the income and employment situation of workers and production and business units with a large number of workers, including: An Giang Electricity and Water Joint Stock Company, An Giang Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company, An Giang Samho Company Limited, An Giang Spectre Spectre Vietnam Garment Industry Company Limited, Universal Apparel Company Limited. At each location, after visiting, the delegation presented 20 gifts (1 million VND/person) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, or occupational diseases.
Previously, also in this spirit, the working delegation of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor visited and presented gifts to 100 union members (1 million VND/gift) in difficult circumstances who are working at Kien Giang Mechanical Joint Stock Company, Hwaseung Rach Gia Company Limited, Kim Diep Trading Company Limited, Kien Giang Trading Joint Stock Company, Huy Nam Company Limited.
Organizing visits and giving gifts to workers on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union is considered by workers as a meaningful gift, adding material and spiritual strength to have more conditions to stabilize life and work with peace of mind and responsibility. Thereby contributing to helping businesses overcome difficulties and stabilize production and business.
