Sharing the same thought, Ms. Tran Thi Thu - a worker who has worked at FAS Company for more than 2 years - also expressed her excitement at attending the Union meal, considering this a practical activity associated with the rights of workers.
According to Ms. Thu, these meals create great joy, helping them have the opportunity to sit together and share their love after work. That makes people more connected, encourages the spirit, and creates a feeling of the company as a common home of the collective.
"This is a great source of spiritual encouragement for us to continue to strive and stay long-term. Hopefully this meaningful activity will be maintained and the floor will be raised further," Ms. Thu added.

Mr. Nguyen Van Be Hai - Chairman of the Trade Union of FAS Company - said that today's Trade Union meal served more than 5,000 workers, each portion worth more than 62,000 VND.
According to Mr. Hai, this is not only a practical concern but also a testament to the close coordination between the Trade Union and the Board of Directors in caring for workers' lives.
The company's Board of Directors always determines that the quality of meals plays an important role, directly affecting the health, productivity and spirit of workers. Therefore, the Union and the Board of Directors agreed to ensure delicious, nutritious and safe meals.
In addition, the company regularly organizes similar meals on holidays and Tet, and spends billions of VND each year to give gifts and thank employees for their attachment and dedication.

The union also regularly monitors the quality of daily meals, listens to workers' feedback to promptly adjust. The important thing is that workers feel real care.

In particular, at the Union Meal, 15 workers with difficult family circumstances received each gift worth 500,000 VND in cash, demonstrating the practical concern and timely sharing of the Union organization and the Board of Directors.
