On July 2, according to the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, in the 2025 Workers' Month, the whole province had 802 grassroots unions holding a launching ceremony, attracting over 289,700 union members and workers to participate with an organization budget of about 79 billion VND.
Higher-level trade unions have organized many practical activities, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, thereby enhancing the solidarity and attachment of union members and workers to the trade union organization.
Previously, on March 19, 2025, the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor issued a plan to organize activities in response to Workers' Month and Workers' Month of Action on occupational safety and health in 2025; with the theme: "Vietnamese workers are pioneers entering a new era", "Enhancing risk assessment, identification and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace"; implementing the motto of focusing on the grassroots, for the benefit of union members.
Activities to care for union members and workers during Workers' Month create a wide spread and are concretized by practical actions.
