On April 3, Mr. Vo Khac Binh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of Working Group No. 2 for area management of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - said that Working Group No. 2 for area management had just organized a conference to specifically guide the process of registering seal samples on the Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Public Security for grassroots trade unions.
More than 400 trade union officials from grassroots trade unions in the area managed by Area Management Task Force No. 2 participated in the conference.
At the conference, grassroots trade union officials were specifically guided on the process of registering seal samples on the Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Public Security. This work contributes to standardizing the process, reducing paperwork procedures, and increasing interoperability and transparency in the implementation of administrative tasks of grassroots trade unions.
The conference also launched a peak activity period of "20 days of cleaning up and standardizing data of grassroots trade unions and union members".
The peak period is implemented from April 10 to April 30.
The purpose of the peak period is to raise awareness and responsibility of trade union officials in digital transformation work; promote the effectiveness of using grassroots trade union data and union members on digital platforms; and contribute to the effective deployment of the "Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Management Application".
