In this process, the trade union organization also needs to be restructured to suit the new model.
Accordingly, the Labor Federations of districts, towns and cities; Trade Unions of Provincial Party agencies; Trade Unions of the Provincial People's Committee and Trade Unions of Industrial Parks of the province will be officially dissolved, and the organization and staff will be transferred to new units.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son acknowledged and respectfully thanked the great contributions of the team of full-time union officials in the past time. When the organizational apparatus changes, there will be comrades who continue to work at the new organization, some who transfer to work units, and some who will retire under the regime. Regardless of position, we always acknowledge and deeply appreciate the valuable contributions of comrades who have laid a solid foundation for the Soc Trang Provincial Trade Union organization, Mr. Son shared.
He also expressed his belief that, in any environment or position, each union cadre will still maintain the quality of "dedication, courage, close to the people, close to the grassroots" to continue to accompany, unite, and strive to fulfill all assigned tasks well.
