Clause 3, Article 2 of the Law on Forces Participating in Security and Order Protection at the Grassroots Level 2023 stipulates that a security and order protection team is a form of organization of forces participating in security and order protection at the grassroots level deployed in villages and residential groups.
According to Article 9 of the Law on Forces Participating in Security and Order Protection at the Grassroots Level 2023, it is stipulated that:
Support fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue
Forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level according to the requirements, instructions, and assignments of the Commune-level Police to support civil defense forces in fire prevention, fighting, rescue, and relief activities in their assigned areas or other areas when mobilized.
Thus, members of the security and order protection team will support fire fighting in their assigned area or other areas when mobilized according to the requirements, instructions and assignments of the Commune-level Police.
