This phase is to test run the software with real-life situations; train users and deploy testing. Phase 4 will be officially operated, expanded and deployed throughout the district; periodic maintenance and upgrading.
The application is built with the main functions of remembering the content, time, and progress of work assignment; developing a direction for the grassroots trade union financial budget; urging and managing union fund collection. For business information management, the unit information storage application, the number of employees, the payment level, the amount to be paid, the amount paid, the amount still owed; send warning notices to businesses that have not fulfilled their financial payment obligations via email; Monitor the status of payment: Display the list of businesses that have, are, have not paid, the amount still owed... For financial reports, the application issues periodic reports on the amount of funds collected, completion rate and analyzes trends. The application also has the function of supporting the establishment of grassroots trade unions, managing the list of units that have not established trade unions by creating a database for monitoring and urging; integrating reminders, sending documents notifying enterprises that have not established trade unions... The application manager is the Chairman and chief accountant of the District Labor Federation. In principle, there is user governance and security, decentralization of access at all levels; ensuring confidentiality of business and union information. The scope of application is for all levels of trade unions, from grassroots trade unions to district labor federations; enterprises and organizations are obliged to pay trade union fees.
In reality, when the application is applied in practice, it has helped the District Labor Federation increase the effectiveness of collecting union funds; control finances more closely; increase the rate of paying union financial estimates; increase the number of grassroots union establishments; monitor and control the establishment of grassroots unions well. Notably, the application also helps businesses and grassroots unions save time and costs when performing their obligations; helps employees ensure their rights through establishing grassroots unions and paying union fees of businesses.
