Mr. Huynh Bong - Chairman of the Trade Union of the University of Education (University of Da Nang) - said that in recent times, the Trade Union of the University of Education (VNU) has identified the implementation of emulation movements and campaigns among teachers and workers as an important lever to encourage civil servants and workers to strive and contribute. At the same time, this is also a method to improve the quality of education - training, scientific research of the school.
Right from the beginning of each school year, the VNU Union closely coordinates with the authorities at the same level to develop emulation and reward plans associated with the school's key tasks as well as major campaigns launched by the Vietnam Education Union.
The Trade Union always identifies the exemplary role of the leader as a key factor, ensuring that emulation movements are truly practical and effective. Comrades in the Executive Committee, especially the Chairman of the Trade Union, are always exemplary in their work, close to the grassroots, proactively listen to and absorb the opinions of union members, thereby promptly adjusting and supporting activities in accordance with the actual situation, said Mr. Bong.

The reward must be fair, accurate, timely, for the right person, for the right achievements, focusing on rewarding direct employees with high achievements in the movement. We must improve the quality of rewards, making the reward work a driving force to commend and accurately recognize the achievements of each individual and each collective, thereby creating an enthusiastic, united and responsible working atmosphere, helping each other to fulfill their tasks well.
