On August 16, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee announced that it will hold a groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration of 4 large-scale projects and works in the area on August 19, towards the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2.
In the group of projects launched, there is the Ham Kiem II Industrial Park Social Housing Project and the Resettlement Area in Ham Kiem Commune to serve the site clearance of the North-South high-speed railway section through the province.
In the group of inaugural projects, the highlight is the Phan Thiet airport access road project (phase 2) and the Mo Viet bridge construction investment project, Da Teh district (old).
Important projects contribute to completing inter-regional transport infrastructure and promoting local socio-economic development.
The inauguration ceremony of the road to Phan Thiet airport (phase 2) will be broadcast live.
This is a project with a total investment of more than 117 billion VND. The route is 3.6km long. The starting point connects with the coastal route named Vo Nguyen Giap, the end point is the gate of the civil airport area.
The road surface is 13.5m wide with a asphalt concrete structure and tiled sidewalks. In addition, there is a drainage system, trees, lighting, fire water supply, ensuring traffic safety.
The Ham Kiem II Industrial Park Social Housing Project for Workers (Ham Kiem Commune) invested by Binh Tan Investment Joint Stock Company, with an area of over 31 hectares, will be implemented in 3 phases.
Phase 1 has a capital of more than 439 billion VND. The goal of providing housing (buy, rent) for workers and subjects according to regulations is to create stable housing conditions and stay with the enterprise for a long time.
Currently, the project has built a 9-storey apartment building in lot B2 with 280 apartments, completing the infrastructure around the B2 area. The blocks B1, B3, B4 are implementing construction drawing design.
Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Hong Hai requested relevant units to carefully prepare the organization work; ensure environmental sanitation to security and order; and create favorable conditions for organizing these important events.
The launching and inauguration events of projects are expected to create more momentum for infrastructure development, improve people's lives and be an important milestone in the series of events celebrating National Day this year.
