At the dialogue, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee proposed 3 contents through the process of collecting opinions from workers at the company. In which, the company is requested to organize training courses on health care, beauty, soft skills... for female workers every year. In addition to the annual health check-up regime for employees according to regulations, the Company is recommended to organize periodic obstetrics and gynecology examinations for female employees every year. This includes additional examination of some specialized indicators for women such as thyroid ultrasound, postpartum psychological health examination and consultation or young child care such as assessment of stress levels, anxiety, depression, insomnia and other psychological disorders.
To serve the work of improving the quality of environmental sanitation maintenance towards Mechanization, modernity and civilization, the Trade Union recommends that the company create conditions in terms of time and have policies to support training and job conversion costs for workers, especially female workers.
Dialogue on the contents of the Trade Union, the representative of the employer analyzed smoothly and difficult when implementing the contents that the representative of the employee proposed, and affirmed the contents of the Trade Union Executive Committee proposed to be legitimate, clearly showing the aspirations of female workers.
