Special Letter
On February 12, 2026, the collective of workers whose rights were violated at Hoang Thi Loan Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company sent a thank-you letter to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province.
In the letter, workers expressed their emotion and appreciation for the spirit of responsibility, sharing and determination to protect the rights of workers of the Vinh City Labor Federation in the past as well as the Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union today.
According to the content of the letter, after more than 1 year of being persistently supported, accompanied and protected by the Trade Union organization's legitimate and lawful rights, up to now, 29 workers have received the full amount of money that the company still owes.
This is not only legal support, but also a great source of spiritual encouragement, helping workers to be more confident, feel secure in stabilizing their lives and continue to work and produce" - the thank you letter stated.
Sharing with reporters, Mr. Le Xuan Trinh - Chairman of the Trade Union of Truong Vinh ward - said that he was very happy and happy to receive a thank-you letter from the collective of workers.
To achieve the above results, it is a whole process of accompanying, working, and persistently and methodically persuading trade union officials to protect the rights of workers. We see this thank you letter as a special "compense" that workers give to the trade union" - Mr. Trinh shared.
Previously, after many unsuccessful petitions, dozens of workers of Hoang Thi Loan Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company gathered in front of the factory gate to demand their rights, causing a rather tense situation.
Implementing the direction of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, the Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union quickly established a working group to work with the parties, propagate, mobilize, mediate and determine that the workers' requests are legitimate.
Although the business faced financial difficulties, after many connections, mobilization and monitoring, the rights of 29 workers were resolved.
Persistently accompanying union members and workers
In the first months of 2026, Nghe An trade union levels will strengthen activities towards grassroots levels, especially in industrial parks and labor-intensive enterprises.
