The contest is one of the practical activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024). The contestants are union members, youth, and workers working at grassroots trade unions under the Dong Da District Labor Federation, management units, and enterprises without a trade union organization participating in paying trade union fees at the Dong Da District Trade Union, demonstrating their talents through singing, music, variety shows, etc.
In the Preliminary round, there were 70 performances with the participation of 329 union members, youth, workers, civil servants and laborers of the district. The Jury selected 27 excellent performances to enter the Final round.
In the Final Round, 27 excellent performances continued to explode with impressive, confident, and courageous performances, especially demonstrating the talent and creativity of the contestants. All 27 performances brought the audience - the enthusiastic fans - excitement through elaborate and highly artistic staging.
At the end of the contest, the Jury awarded 14 Third prizes, 8 Second prizes, 4 First prizes, 1 Excellent prize and 1 Interactive prize (with the most votes).
It is worth mentioning here that, with the spirit of innovation in Trade Union activities and each activity is organized based on the needs of union members and workers, for the first time, the Labor Federation cooperated with the District Youth Union to organize a contest with many practical meanings. In particular, the contest content was built to suit many ages and many different talents, so it attracted a large number of union members, youth union members and workers to participate.
With this contest, the Organizing Committee hopes to help union members and young people confidently express themselves, improve their skills in participating in collective activities, create a cohesive environment that contributes to improving the spiritual life of union members, young people and workers. At the same time, create an interesting and useful playground for union members, young people and workers.
The competition shows that the District Labor Federation and District Youth Union have innovated the theatrical activities to make it easier for each union member, youth, and worker to receive the message. Many members of the competition teams said that the training process helped them to boldly express themselves and gain more communication skills. They hope that the competition or similar activities will continue to be organized by the Union without waiting for the final so that they have the opportunity to exchange experiences and practice many skills.
