Since the beginning of 2025, many meaningful activities have been organized such as periodic health check-ups for female workers, resort support, improving professional skills, occupational safety and hygiene training, women's labor policy dialogue, etc. The programs have created a positive spread, contributing to building a safe, friendly and equal working environment.
Trade unions at all levels also focus on honoring traditional values, arousing pride and confidence of female union members in modern life. A typical example is the photo contest "Traditional Ao Dai Beauty among Female Cadres, Union Members, and Workers in Quang Binh Province in 2025" organized by the Provincial Federation of Labor, attracting nearly 100 individuals and groups to participate with many creative and inspiring works.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoai - an expert of the Quang Trach District Labor Federation, the contest not only honors the beauty of Ao Dai but is also an opportunity for female union members and workers to express their optimism, love for their profession and be proud of their role in modern society. "We feel really inspired and more confident when wearing Ao Dai. This is a meaningful activity, both contributing to preserving the tradition and arousing pride among female workers and civil servants - Ms. Hoai shared.
According to Ms. Dinh Thi Ngoc Lan - President of the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, these activities not only have spiritual value, honoring the beauty and role of modern women, but also create motivation to promote emulation of good workers and creative workers in the entire trade union system.
The Federation of Labor is currently implementing many programs aimed at workers, especially during Workers' Month and peak times, including key activities such as: Program "Creative workers, firmly entering the new era"; Forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party"; "Thank you to workers"; "5th Month Dialogue"...
Along with that, the emulation movement "Good workers - Creative workers" will be widely promoted, associated with the 2025 Creative Labor Festival to honor workers with many technical initiatives, contributing to improving production efficiency.
Regarding occupational safety and hygiene, trade unions at all levels will organize training for the occupational safety and hygiene network and implement the targets according to Resolution 10c/NQ-BCH and Conclusion 08/KL-BCH of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Activities such as health check-ups, vacations, sports - culture, visits, giving gifts, supporting "Union Shelters" will be promoted to strengthen the bond between the union and workers.
