Synchronous implementation
Implementing Plan No. 23/KH-LDLD dated October 21, 2025, the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor (DOLF) has directed grassroots trade unions to proactively develop specific plans, in accordance with the actual conditions of each locality and unit. Along with the form of direct propaganda at enterprises and industrial parks, the grassroots trade unions have flexibly innovated methods and content.
In the peak period in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on November 9 alone, trade unions at all levels organized more than 85 propaganda sessions attracting over 15,000 union members and workers to attend. Many grassroots trade unions organized direct legal consultations, answering more than 150 questions related to labor contracts, wages, social insurance, labor safety and hygiene, rights of female workers, etc.
There are more than 300 news, articles, and video clips promoting the law posted on the Fanpage "Dong Thap Trade Union" and the social networking sites of the Trade Union and more than 500 legal briefs distributed at enterprises and boarding houses, contributing to bringing legal information closer to employees.
Many units also effectively maintain the models of "Union Law Bookcase", "Reading room", " Free legal consultation point", helping union members access legal knowledge according to the motto "easy to understand - easy to remember - easy to implement".
In particular, the Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to organize 02 training courses for 4 days for 240 union officials and occupational safety and hygiene officers on occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental protection; participated in the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team at 9 enterprises in the industrial park, contributing to raising awareness of law compliance in production, ensuring safety and health for workers.

From the propaganda activities and legal awareness of employees, there have been positive changes, demonstrated by the fact that many businesses have proactively built and implemented grassroots democracy regulations, periodic dialogues between employers and employees, ensuring the right to "knowledge - discuss - be supervised".
Typically, Cadovimex II Seafood Import-Export Processing and Production Joint Stock Company has organized legal propaganda for workers through the "Workers 5 no" model; The Provincial Federation of Labor's Legal Consulting Office directly supported 10 cases of workers related to insurance, salary, and retirement; trade unions at all levels have advised more than 50 union members and workers on legal issues in labor relations.
The online contest "Workers, civil servants, and employees learn about the Trade Union Law and the Social Insurance Law in 2024" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor attracted 9,361 union members and employees in the province to participate. As a result, the Vietnam Federation of Labor has rewarded 03 individuals and groups of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor.
The Provincial Federation of Labor also coordinated with the Provincial Department of Home Affairs and Social Insurance to organize a conference to disseminate, disseminate and advise on the law in 2025 for more than 80 members and employees of Dong Thap Lottery One Member Co., Ltd.
Thus, in recent times, the propaganda, dissemination and legal consultation work of Dong Thap Trade Unions at all levels has contributed significantly to the formation of a legal culture among union members and employees who understand the law, respect the law and behave according to the law. Not only does it help workers "set laws to protect themselves", this activity also strengthens trust and affirms the position of the Trade Union organization.
The Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor determined to continue to innovate content and methods of propaganda, promote digital transformation in the dissemination of laws, improve dialogue, mediation skills and legal advice for trade union officials; promote the role of " a bridge between workers and the law", contributing to building harmonious - stable - progressive labor relations, towards the goal of: "People, workers understand the law - live and work according to the Constitution and the law".
