Recently, at Hwaseung Rach Gia Company Limited (Thanh Loc Industrial Park, An Giang Province), a summary ceremony of the movement "Good Women - Good at State Affairs, Good at House Affairs" was held.
According to Ms. Ton Nu My Hanh - Chairman of the company's Trade Union, this movement has a profound and sustainable meaning, encouraging female employees to promote a comprehensive role - both contributing to building society and nurturing family happiness.
After 5 months since the company's Trade Union launched the emulation movement "Good Women" in June 2025, the Organizing Committee has received 419 registrations from women in the company. Through that information, the Organizing Committee screened to select people worthy of the title, creating motivation for women to strive together in work and life.
Ms. Do Thi Vui Head of the Women's Union of the company's Trade Union shared: Through this emulation campaign, we are very happy that the women in the company are enthusiastically participating. They have brought honest, profound and inspiring stories, reflecting the image of a new-age woman - confident, creative, kind and responsible through their own real-life story.
The summary and award ceremony not only looks back on the past journey, honoring outstanding examples, but we also hope to spread the good values of Vietnamese women, specifically female union members and workers of the company, Ms. Vui emphasized.
In this year, 111 female union members achieved outstanding results in the emulation movement of Good Women's Eve in 2025. Of which, 3 female union members have excellently achieved the title of Excellent Women's Artist for 2 consecutive years and received awards from the Provincial Federation of Labor. 106 women have achieved the results of Women's Best 2 - Good at public work, Good at housework in 2025.
Ms. Vui added: This time there are 2 special awards: the Women's Award for Best Overcoming Difficulties and the Women's Award for Best Inspiration. The Organizing Committee selects awards based on clear and transparent criteria such as completing tasks well; competing in multiple skills, being exemplary in discipline; actively participating in social activities; building a progressive and happy family.
"Last year, despite facing many challenges at work, Hwaseung women of Rach Gia still persevered - efforts - solidarity, overcoming themselves. To honor and also to inspire, the Women's Union calls on women to continue studying, improve their abilities and skills, take care of their physical and mental health; spread the spirit of supporting each other and improving", Ms. Vui shared.

According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, through programs and emulation movements, typical and typical bright examples have been promptly discovered.
