The first three years of the 2023-2028 term (2023-2025 period) marked a strong change in the activities of the Lang Son Provincial Trade Union at all levels.
In the context of many difficulties in the lives of workers, increasing pressure on jobs and income, the Trade Union organization has chosen to clarify: taking good care, protecting the destination, and long-term companionship.
The programs "Tet Sum Vay" and "Union Tet Market" are maintained annually, not stopping at the form but directly targeting the disadvantaged and disadvantaged.

Nearly 105,000 union members and workers were visited and supported with a total cost of more than 50.7 billion VND. The support from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Federation of Labor alone reached nearly 11.5 billion VND.
From 2024, the "Union Meal" program has been widely implemented, providing more filling meals right at the workplace.
Nearly 19,700 union members participated not only receiving material support, but also clearly felt the attention and solidarity between the union, enterprises and workers.

Talking with reporters, Ms. Be Thi Hoa, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lang Son province, President of the Lang Son Provincial Federation of Labor, shared: "In parallel with caring for the lives, the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers continues to be affirmed.
Trade unions at all levels have contributed to giving comments on more than 200 draft documents of the province; organized social criticism seminars, and met with voters on the topic; maintained hundreds of periodic and ad hoc dialogues at the workplace".
Notably, more than 93% of grassroots trade unions outside the State sector have signed collective labor agreements, many of which include agreements to improve the quality of shift meals.

The emulation movement for good and creative workers continues to spread widely, associated with the task of developing the economy, society and ensuring national defense and security in the province.
More than 1,000 emulation works and products have been recognized, bringing a profit value of nearly 16 billion VND; tens of thousands of initiatives and topics have been applied to production and management practices. Not only at factories and offices, Trade Unions at all levels also actively participate in community activities, contribute resources to build border marker inspection routes and protect borders.
Along with that, the work of building a strong Trade Union organization has achieved many results exceeding the target. More than 5,500 new union members have been admitted; thousands of outstanding union members have been introduced to the Party. The arrangement and improvement of the organizational apparatus and conversion of the grassroots trade union management model are carried out synchronously, creating a foundation for effective operations in the next phase.
"The results achieved in the past three years are not only achievements, but an affirmation of a consistent orientation where there are workers, where there are trade unions accompanying, with specific, persistent and profound actions," said Ms. Hoa.
