Attending the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project Phase 2 (from Tan Quang Commune to Thanh Thuy International Border Gate) and the opening of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project Phase 1 were Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; leaders of a number of central ministries and branches.
Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project (phase 1), part of Group A project, over 104km long, worth VND13,800 billion. The starting point continues with Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway, the end point is in Tan Quang commune.
The project's goal is to create an economic development corridor from the center of Hanoi capital along the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, connecting with Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway to Thanh Thuy international border gate.
Up to now, the project has been basically completed, ensuring requirements on quality, technology and technical traffic.
Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project (phase 2), Tan Quang section to Thanh Thuy International Border Gate is currently being appraised and submitted for approval to the Project Construction Investment Feasibility Study Report.
The project has a total investment of over 14,802 billion VND; implementation period from 2026 - 2030; route length is about 57.87km.
The route is designed according to the scale of a 100% highway, with a 25.25m wide roadbed. In which, the road surface of the 4-lane road is 15m wide (each lane is 3.75m wide).
Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway (phase 2) after completion will help complete the Phu Tho - Tuyen Quang - Thanh Thuy Border Gate Expressway. Thereby, strengthening regional connectivity, contributing to improving transportation capacity.
Also today, the inauguration ceremony of the National Assembly Standing Committee's Reservation and Restoration Project in Tan Trao Commune; the groundbreaking ceremony of the project to renovate and upgrade the revolutionary road from Tan Trao Commune to Trung Yen Commune; the groundbreaking ceremony of the project to build Tuyen Quang Provincial Political School to meet 2022 - 2030 standards took place.
In Xuan Van commune, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Xuan Van Industrial Cluster technical infrastructure project and the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tuyen Quang Biomass Power Plant project with a capacity of 50MW took place.
From December 15 to 19, Tuyen Quang held a groundbreaking ceremony, groundbreaking ceremony, inauguration ceremony and technical opening ceremony for 12 projects, including 5 public investment projects and 7 non-budget investment projects. The total investment of the projects is 27,950 billion VND.
Of which, public investment projects are VND 21,427 billion; non-budget investment projects are VND 6,523 billion. These are practical works to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.
