Previously, at around 3:45 p.m. on June 1, at HKB Hoa Lu Paper Joint Stock Company (in Van Phong Industrial Park, Nho Quan District, Ninh Binh), a fire broke out, burning down about 30,000 tons of scrap paper, causing serious damage and affecting the Company's production activities.
