Attending the dialogue were representatives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, leaders of the Standing Committee of the Tam Diep City Party Committee, leaders of relevant departments, agencies and units and 200 cadres, union members and workers in Tam Diep City.
At the dialogue, representatives of cadres, union members and workers in Tam Diep city expressed their thoughts, aspirations and proposed 20 opinions, focusing on 4 groups of issues related to the following areas: Education and training and culture; tax, social insurance; traffic, construction, urban and industrial management; trade unions.
Many opinions mentioned the issue of recruiting civil servants for contract teachers; increasing the level of noon support for preschool teachers; increasing the level of family deduction for calculating personal income tax; paying attention to building social housing, building cultural institutions such as workers' cultural houses and kindergartens for workers' children...
The recommendations of union members and workers at the dialogue session were received, informed and specifically answered by the leaders of the Standing Committee of Tam Diep City Party Committee and specialized agencies and units in the city.
Speaking at the dialogue, Mr. Bui Thanh Dong - Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tam Diep city acknowledged and shared the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, union members and workers.
Secretary of the Tam Diep City Party Committee Bui Thanh Dong requested the City People's Committee to direct relevant departments, offices and units based on their functions and tasks to urgently coordinate and resolve opinions and recommendations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, union members and workers.
For opinions beyond its authority, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee will report to higher levels for consideration and resolution. The Secretary of the Tam Diep City Party Committee also requested the Office of the City Party Committee to coordinate with the City Labor Federation to synthesize and monitor the response and handling of opinions and recommendations of union members at the dialogue session.
Ms. Nguyen Hoang Oanh - President of Tam Diep City Labor Federation shared that the dialogue was an opportunity for the Party Committee and government of Tam Diep City to listen to and grasp the thoughts and aspirations as well as answer outstanding issues and resolve recommendations of cadres, union members and workers in the city.
At the same time, provide timely instructions and orientations to care for union members and employees, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises. Thereby contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals, maintaining political security and social order and safety in the city.
