On March 24, Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to summarize the activities of the Industrial Park Trade Union in the first quarter and deploy key tasks for the second quarter of 2026.
The industrial park trade union currently has 505 grassroots trade unions with a total of 176,395 union members. In the first quarter of 2026, the Industrial Park Trade Union Board and affiliated grassroots trade unions have made efforts and promptly grasped the ideological situation, life, and employment of workers at units and businesses. Strengthen supervision of salary and bonus payments, and welfare regimes for workers.
During the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the Industrial Park Trade Union Board advised on successfully organizing the program "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" at Bao Minh Industrial Park, with many meaningful activities for union members and workers.
Nearly 9,000 union members and workers in difficult circumstances were given Tet gifts with a total amount of 9.288 billion VND. Along with that, union members and workers in industrial parks also participated in shopping at the "Trade Union Tet Market 2026" implemented by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with 2,681 vouchers worth 1.340 billion VND.
In the first quarter of 2026, 116/505 grassroots trade unions coordinated to organize employee conferences; 12 new grassroots trade unions signed collective labor agreements; 6 newly established grassroots trade unions with 507 union members.
In the second quarter of 2026, the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee will continue to propagate and guide grassroots trade unions to organize activities during Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and health.
Continue to propagate and guide the establishment of grassroots trade unions at eligible enterprises. At the same time, proactively grasp labor relations, provide legal support to employees. Actively organize dialogues and labor law and social insurance counseling for employees in industrial parks.
At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 15 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building a strong Trade Union organization in 2025.
