Accordingly, the decision was made to merge the Propaganda - Women's Union and the Department of Legal Policy - Labor Relations, into the Department of Professional Affairs. Appointed Mr. Nguyen Huu Dai as Head of the Professional Department.
Decision to dissolve the Health Sector Trade Union, the Education - Training Trade Union and the Civil Servants' Trade Union of Binh Phuoc province. Establishing the Trade Union of Party and Government agencies of Binh Phuoc province. Appointed Mr. Do Chien Thang as Chairman of the Trade Union of Party and Government agencies of Binh Phuoc province.
The decision to hand over 67 grassroots trade unions under the Health Sector Trade Union, Education - Training Trade Union and under the Provincial Labor Federation to the Labor Federations of districts, towns, cities and the Trade Unions of Party and Government agencies of Binh Phuoc province.
Thus, after the arrangement, the Binh Phuoc Provincial Federation of Labor reduced from 5 departments to 4 departments, reducing 2 units of the Trade Union at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang - President of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized that the arrangement of organizations and apparatus is a "revolution" to build a truly streamlined, compact political system that operates effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new revolutionary period. Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang suggested that the units be quickly arranged to operate effectively, ensuring the leadership of the Party Committee at the same level and the higher-level Trade Union from March 2025.
