On April 3, Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation had just organized an expanded Executive Committee meeting to collect opinions on planning key leadership positions (Chairman, Vice Chairman) for the 2025-2030 and 2030-2035 terms.
The conference was attended by 80 key officials, including the Standing Committee, Member of the Standing Committee, Member of the Executive Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation term I, term 2025-2030; Deputy Head of Trade Union Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of Industrial Park Trade Union and Chairman of Trade Unions of communes and wards.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Ha Duc Quang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the construction, review and supplementation of cadre planning are implemented according to Regulation No. 128-QD/TU dated December 12, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Official Dispatch No. 427/MTTQ-BTT dated March 31, 2026 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
The planning work aims to create a source of leading officials of the Provincial Labor Federation to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period, ensuring stability, inheritance and development; gradually standardizing according to title standards, increasing the proportion of young officials, especially officials participating in leadership and management for the first time.
At the same time, the arrangement of officials is required to be harmonious between the working committees, industrial park trade unions and grassroots trade unions.
With a serious and responsible spirit, the conference conducted a vote of confidence and completed the entire content of the proposed program.
