At the press conference, representatives of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation informed about the contest implementation plan; results after 2 weeks of launch; new points of the photo contest "You are the color of March sunshine" as well as providing information and answering questions from representatives of press agencies related to the contest.
The contest is organized to honor the graceful beauty and bravery of female union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers, record and spread everyday but inspiring moments of women in labor and work, from the image of female workers on production lines, the brilliant ao dai in factories to the dedicated figure in offices. At the same time, this is also a creative and meaningful playground for union members and laborers to express their perspectives and stories through each frame.
The special feature of the contest is to encourage the image of ao dai in labor and work - a symbol of Vietnamese traditional beauty when appearing in modern life. Through this, the image of Hai Phong women appears both gentle, elegant, and strong, confident and responsible in their work.
Entries will be sent online via the QR code of the Organizing Committee, accompanied by a short message (no more than 50 words) sharing the meaning of the photo. After posting, the work will be voted on the social network Facebook, creating a lively interactive space where the community can spread beautiful images of female union members and workers.
Time to receive entries until 4:00 PM on April 10; Close the Voting Portal at 4:00 PM on April 12, 2026. The closing and award ceremony is expected to be held at the end of April 2026.
The contest results are calculated based on 40% of Facebook interaction scores (Like/Share) and 60% of the professional judges' scores, ensuring to both reflect the spread in the community and promote the artistic value of the work. The contest has a total prize value of over 300 million VND, including many attractive collective and individual prizes. In which, the highest collective prize is worth 30 million VND, the highest individual prize is 5 million VND and many other valuable prizes are for excellent works.
The Organizing Committee also emphasized the expansion of the exam subjects to trade union officials, former trade union members and workers who are directly working and working at grassroots trade unions in agencies, units, and businesses in the city.
