On December 9, 2024, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province issued Official Dispatch No. 11529/UBND-KGVX on Lunar New Year holidays, National Day holidays, Victory Day holidays on April 30 and International Labor Day on May 1 in 2025.
The document requests political organizations, socio-political organizations, administrative agencies, public service agencies, enterprises and other employers in the province to base on the notice and request of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to organize for cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees to implement the Lunar New Year holiday schedule, National Day holiday, Victory Day holiday on April 30 and International Labor Day on May 1 in 2025 according to regulations.
Thus, cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees of administrative agencies, public service agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations in Dak Lak province have the following specific holiday schedule for the year 2025:
Lunar New Year holiday from January 25, 2025 (December 26th of the Lunar calendar) to February 2, 2025 (January 5th of the Lunar calendar).
National Day holiday from August 30, 2025 (Saturday) to September 2, 2025 (Tuesday).
On the occasion of Victory Day April 30 and International Labor Day May 1, there will be 5 consecutive days off from April 30, 2025 to May 4, 2025 (off Friday, May 2, 2025, compensated Saturday, April 26, 2025).
Meanwhile, in Official Dispatch No. 10694/UBND-VX3, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee directed departments, branches, agencies, units under the province; People's Committees of districts and cities to inform cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people in the area of the content of Notice No. 6150/TB-BLDTBXH dated December 3, 2024 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for information and implementation; at the same time, arrange and organize on-duty units according to regulations and work reasonably to handle continuous work, ensure good service for organizations and people, in which note to assign cadres and civil servants on duty to handle sudden and unexpected work that may occur during Tet and holidays according to regulations.
