According to Notice 62/TB-UBND dated December 5, 2024 of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province, the Lunar New Year holiday schedule in 2025 for cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees of administrative agencies, public service agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations is implemented as follows:
From Saturday, January 25, 2025 (ie December 26, year of the Dragon) to Sunday, February 2, 2025 (ie January 5, year of the Snake).
This holiday includes 5 days off for Lunar New Year and 4 days off every week.
For employees not subject to the above regulations, the employer decides to choose the Lunar New Year holiday plan as follows: Choose 1 day at the end of the year of Giap Thin and 4 days at the beginning of the year of At Ty or 2 days at the end of the year of Giap Thin and 3 days at the beginning of the year of At Ty or 3 days at the end of the year of Giap Thin and 2 days at the beginning of the year of At Ty.
In Nam Dinh, according to Notice 297/TB-UBND dated December 11, 2024 of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province, cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees of administrative agencies, public service agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations will have a holiday for the Lunar New Year 2025 from January 25, 2025 to February 2, 2025 (ie December 26, Giap Thin year to January 5, At Ty year).
For employees not subject to the regulations, the employer decides to choose the Lunar New Year holiday option, including 1 day at the end of the year of Giap Thin and 4 days at the beginning of the year of At Ty or 2 days at the end of the year of Giap Thin and 3 days at the beginning of the year of At Ty or 3 days at the end of the year of Giap Thin and 2 days at the beginning of the year of At Ty.
Previously, on December 3, 2024, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Notice 6150/TB-BLDTBXH on Lunar New Year holidays, National Day holidays, Victory Day holidays on April 30 and International Labor Day on May 1 in 2025 for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
Accordingly, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of administrative agencies, public service agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations (civil servants, public employees) will have a holiday for the Lunar New Year 2025 from Saturday, January 25, 2025 (ie December 26, Giap Thin year) to Sunday, February 2, 2025 (ie January 5, At Ty year). This holiday includes 5 days off for Lunar New Year and 4 days off every week.
