According to Conclusion 83-KL/TW, the Politburo assigned the Central Economic Commission to preside over the preliminary review of the implementation of Resolution 27-NQ/TW in 2018, coordinate with relevant agencies to study and evaluate the feasibility of the system of 5 new salary tables and 9 new allowance regimes in the public sector.
This is to prepare a proposal to submit to the Central Committee for consideration after 2026, when the Politburo issues and implements the system of Job Position Lists in the political system.

Bonuses: Expected to be about 10% of total annual salary fund, including bonuses based on performance, outstanding achievements and special contributions.
