The Ministry of Public Security has just issued guidelines for the 2025 People's Public Security (CAND) enrollment with new full-time university training levels, CAND intermediate level and secondary school admission for citizens who have graduated from university or higher.
In addition to the adjustment in Admission methods 2 and 3 (Detailed here), in 2025, the Ministry of Public Security will also expand admission combinations.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security expands the admission groups to People's Public Security schools from 7 groups in 2024 to 15 groups in 2025, details below:
In 2025, the People's Public Security Academy and School was assigned by the Ministry of Public Security to enroll more than 2,300 students. Of which, the People's Security Academy with 540 targets; the People's Police Academy with 530 targets; the People's Public Security Academy with 100 targets;
The International Academy has 50 targets; the People's Security University has 260 targets; the People's Police University has 420 targets; the Fire Prevention and Fighting University has 200 targets; the People's Public Security Technical University has 250 targets.
Regarding enrollment partitions nationwide for: CAND Political Academy, University of Fire Prevention and Fighting, International Academy and Cyber Security and Crime Prevention and Control of High Technology of the People's Security Academy; Information Technology (cooperation in training at the University of Information Technology and Communications, Hanoi Polytechnic University) of the People's Security Academy; Medicine of the University of Engineering - Logistics and CAND sends training at Military Medical Academy, Ministry of Defense.
Admission in the Northern region to the People's Police Academy, Security professional group of the People's Security Academy.
Admissions in the Southern region for the University of People's Security and the University of the People's Police.
