On April 18, information from Luxshare ICT Nghe An Company said that the company is implementing a program to recruit 300 production workers for its factory in VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park.
Accordingly, employees who work at Luxshare ICT Nghe An from April 18 to April 30, 2025 will immediately receive a bonus of VND 9 million. In addition, the company also supports bus fuel for interviews from 350,000 VND to 1.4 million VND depending on the area.
For employees who continue to work stably, Luxshare applies many additional periodic bonuses: Working for 30 days: bonus of 6 million VND; working for 60 days: receiving an additional 1.5 million VND; working for 90 days: receiving an additional 1.5 million VND.
The total bonus will be paid in the same period as the most recent salary, committed to full and transparent payment.
In addition to the 100% salary and full insurance, workers are arranged free accommodation in dormitories with air conditioners and hot air conditioners. The company takes care of three meals a day for workers and takes them away for free by private vehicle.
The work mainly took place in a conditioned factory, with light stages such as assembling chargers, headphones and electronic components. Registrants will be trained immediately upon arrival and supported throughout the working process.

Luxshare ICT Nghe An factory - located in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district - was built in 2021 with a scale of 16,000m2. Currently, the factory has more than 10,000 workers, one of the largest electronic components manufacturing units in Nghe An, supplying products to global technology corporations.
