From June 3rd to 5th, at the National Convention Center, the delegation of the Ca Mau Provincial Trade Union attended the XIV Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026 - 2031.
The delegation of the Ca Mau Provincial Trade Union includes 11 delegates who are typical trade union officials, representing the will and aspirations of more than 46,000 union members and workers in the province, led by Mr. Ly Cong Bac - Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation - as Head of the delegation.
Attending the Congress with a spirit of responsibility, solidarity and high determination, delegates of the Ca Mau Provincial Trade Union will fully participate in the program contents; research, discuss, and contribute opinions to documents submitted to the Congress; and at the same time reflect the thoughts, aspirations and recommendations of union members and workers of the province to the highest forum of the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
The 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour is an important political event of the working class and trade union organizations nationwide, with the task of evaluating the results of implementing the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, reviewing the activities of the Executive Committee of the 13th Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, and at the same time determining the goals, directions, tasks and solutions for trade union work, the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers in the 2026 - 2031 term.
During the Congress, delegates will also exercise their rights and responsibilities in electing the Executive Committee of the 14th Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2026 - 2031, to decide on important contents related to the development of the Vietnam Trade Union organization in the new period.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", with the belief and expectations of union members and workers in the province, the delegation of the Ca Mau Provincial Trade Union is determined to promote the spirit of responsibility, wisdom and bravery, actively contributing to the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress; thereby contributing to building the Vietnam Trade Union organization to become increasingly strong, meeting the development requirements of the country and the aspirations of union members and workers in the new era.
