If I want to rent a better boarding house with a price of 1.8 - 2 million VND/month, I cannot afford it. Therefore, I hope Dong Nai City will build more social housing for workers to rent to reduce difficulties, and at the same time ensure security and order conditions, good facilities, and prices suitable for workers' pockets.
In addition, I also hope that Dong Nai City will build more boarding schools for workers' children to study because workers have to work all day and do not have the conditions to pick up and drop off their children, while private schools have tuition fees from 4-5 million VND/month exceeding their capacity.

Therefore, we dream of Dong Nai City paying attention to building social housing areas for workers to buy and rent at reasonable prices, cheap prices and installments, and at the same time making it easier in terms of legal procedures for workers to access.

I am currently living with a multi-generational family, but later when I get married, I will definitely face many housing difficulties. The reason is that with the current income level, we workers can hardly afford to buy a house. I also know that Dong Nai City is implementing the construction of rental houses, which is a welcome sign for workers to have a stable house to feel secure in their work. I hope that Dong Nai City will build more social housing for workers, union members, and laborers, so that we can stabilize our accommodation and focus on production.
