Hanoi pilots exemption of construction permits for individual houses
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung signed and issued Plan 277 to deploy a 100-day peak period to implement key tasks on digital transformation.
One of the key contents is that the city is piloting the exemption of construction permits for individual houses in 126 communes and wards. The pilot program is implemented from the time the plan takes effect to assess before application until the end of December 31, 2027. Groundbreaking ceremony for infrastructure serving an industrial cluster worth over 800 billion VND in Hai Phong
On July 15, Tien Minh commune (Hai Phong) started construction of infrastructure to serve Quang Phuc Industrial Cluster. The project has a scale of 49.7 hectares, a total investment of more than 800 billion VND, and a operating period of 50 years, invested by Dang Khoa Group Joint Stock Company.
The project is oriented to be built into a new generation industrial cluster, modern, green and sustainable; prioritizing attracting clean, high-tech, processing and manufacturing industries, supporting industries and environmentally friendly industries, in line with the socio-economic development orientation of Hai Phong city and the locality.

The 45-day campaign to build and complete the land database in Xuan Mai commune (Hanoi) will be implemented from June 23 to July 30, 2026, throughout 18 villages.
For members of the Steering Committee and working groups, the Chairman of Xuan Mai Commune People's Committee requested them to closely follow the assigned area, directly go to the grassroots level, coordinate with villages to implement tasks according to the motto "to each house, to each plot", ensuring the collection of complete and accurate information to serve the construction of the land database.
