Resolution No. 794/2025/NQ-HĐND of the Provincial People's Council stipulates the monthly allowance level for Village Team Leaders, labor day allowance for militia forces in Hung Yen province. The Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2026.
Clause 1, Article 3 of the Resolution stipulates the monthly allowance level for Village Team Leaders, labor day allowance for militia forces. Accordingly, the monthly allowance level for Village Team Leaders in Hung Yen province is as follows:
a) Villages and residential groups with fewer than 350 households: the allowance level for Village Team Leaders is equal to 0.8 times the base salary/person/month.
b) Villages and residential groups with 350 to 500 households: the allowance level for Village Team Leaders is 0.9 times the base salary/person/month.
c) Villages and residential groups with over 500 households: the allowance level for Village Team Leaders is equal to 1.0 times the base salary/person/month.
As of now, the base salary is still being applied according to the provisions of Decree 73/2024/ND-CP. Accordingly, the base salary for 2026 currently being applied is 2,340,000 VND/month.
Currently, Article 8 of Decree 72/2020/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Decrees 220/2025/ND-CP, Decree 16/2025/ND-CP) stipulates the monthly allowance regime for Village Team Leaders as follows:
- For Village Team Leaders: The monthly allowance level is decided by the Provincial People's Committee submitting to the People's Council of the same level but not lower than 1,17 ,000,000 VND.
