This is even more meaningful when Vietnam Trade Union Printing Joint Stock Company is looking forward to celebrating its 80th anniversary (August 22, 1945 - August 22, 2025).
Currently, the Party Cell of Vietnam Trade Union Printing Joint Stock Company has 30 Party members, of which 13 Party members hold management positions, 17 Party members are cadres and workers. In recent years, the inspection and supervision work has always been of interest to the Party Cell, implemented in accordance with the Party Charter, regulations and instructions of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Inspection and supervision work focuses on compliance with resolutions, directives, and regulations of the Party and State laws. The implementation of assigned tasks, especially key positions related to production, product quality, finance, state capital management, occupational safety and hygiene and fire prevention and fighting; preservation of moral qualities, lifestyle, corruption prevention and waste prevention.
Inspection and supervision work contributes to raising the sense of responsibility of party members, promoting exemplary spirit in production labor, practicing thrift, promptly reminding when there are signs of violations.
The Party cell linked the results of inspection and supervision with the assessment and classification of Party members at the end of the year, ensuring objectivity. Through supervision, many practical recommendations have been made and applied such as improving production processes, improving machinery to facilitate workers and increase labor productivity, tightening material consumption norms, managing warehouses, improving workers' lives, ensuring labor safety in workshops.
To further improve the effectiveness of inspection and supervision work in the coming term, the Party Cell of Vietnam Trade Union Printing Joint Stock Company has identified a number of key solutions. In particular, strengthening the leadership and direction role of the Party Cell. Party Cell Committees need to proactively develop and organize inspection programs. The inspection and supervision work of the Party Cell needs to be conducted regularly, continuously, in accordance with regulations and closely linked to all activities of the Party Cell and production and business. Strengthen the dissemination of documents from superiors and documents directly from the Party Cell that the Party Committee of the General Confederation has prescribed.
In addition, improve the capacity of the inspection team by enhancing the training of inspection, supervision skills, and analytical skills of production - financial data. Innovating monitoring methods and forms; combining regular monitoring and thematic monitoring, both planned and sudden when detecting signs of violations; applying information technology in data, reporting and image management to serve monitoring work.
The Party Cell will link inspection and supervision with violation prevention, focusing on early detection and early warning to promptly correct, not allowing small violations to become large violations. Link the results of inspections and supervisions with the work of reward and discipline, using the results as a basis for evaluating the classification of cadres and party members.
Promote democracy, the supervisory role of the masses and mass organizations, strengthen the connection between Party cells and the Trade Union and Youth Union in grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers. Encourage workers to participate in giving comments and reflecting on related issues in management and production. Party members need to frankly give their comrades their advantages and disadvantages and propose solutions to overcome them.
