On August 29, Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor held a training conference to foster trade union work and deploy a number of new documents for full-time trade union officials.
At the conference, the reporters provided basic contents, documents, instructions, forms... related to 3 main topics: organization - inspection work, union finance, legal policies and labor relations.
Accordingly, the contents of the development and signing of Collective Labor Agreements and activities on occupational safety and hygiene; trade unions supervising the implementation of laws, implementing democracy at the grassroots level and consulting to support workers; propaganda work and women's work; guidance on trade union shelter records.

Regarding the content, organization, mobilization for union member development, establishment of grassroots unions and completion of grassroots union executive boards, union financial work... are informed and updated to students.
Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, said - after streamlining and merging trade union activities with the new model, it requires trade union officials to update and improve their qualifications not only in their professional fields but also to clearly understand other areas of trade union work to promptly support the grassroots.
Currently, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor is managing more than 900 grassroots unions and over 90,000 union members, belonging to production and business units and financial autonomy units at levels 1, 2, 3 according to Decree 60/2021/ND-CP.
After the merger, to ensure the rights of union members and workers are not interrupted, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has deployed the assignment of responsible officers according to the area and unit, continuing to monitor, grasp the situation, and promptly support workers.
At the same time, establish support channels, receive feedback, and guide workers to exercise their rights according to regulations. In the context of expanding management areas and uneven distribution of enterprises, the Provincial Federation of Labor clearly defines functions and tasks, ensuring smooth direction from top to bottom, no more overlap or responsibility evasion.
Management work is carried out according to the set of quality assessment criteria (KPI), linking responsibility with work efficiency, contributing to building a team of union officials to meet assigned tasks in the new situation.
