On the afternoon of April 22, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation and the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Cadres signed a memorandum of understanding on coordinating the organization of intermediate political theory training classes for cadres, workers, civil servants and laborers of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation according to the training program issued by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and current regulations.
At the same time, organize training classes on management skills, expertise, and professional skills for trade union officials at all levels of Ho Chi Minh City according to the promulgated program and current regulations.
The two sides also coordinate to organize articulation programs at the university level (diploma 2) in Party Building and State Administration for cadres, civil servants, public employees and laborers of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation according to the training program issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Cadre and current regulations.
At the same time, coordinate to organize scientific conferences and seminars; perform research tasks to summarize practice, policy advice and serve the requirements of performing functions and tasks of each party, contributing to participating in the implementation of sustainable development tasks of Ho Chi Minh City.
The goal of the signing is to share resources and coordinate the implementation of cooperation activities suitable to the functions and tasks of each party, in order to improve the management capacity and operational efficiency of the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Cadres and the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, and at the same time participate in the implementation of the city's sustainable development tasks.
