According to a report from the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor, improving the quality of shift meals for employees is a key content in Resolution 7c/NQ-BCH of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. This is a practical policy aimed at protecting the health of employees.
Implementing Conclusion No. 03/KL-BCH TLD, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor has instructed grassroots unions to proactively negotiate with employers. The goal is to adjust the value of shift meals, ensuring a minimum of 20,000 - 25,000 VND/meal.
The report results show that the quality of shift meals has improved significantly, both ensuring food safety and improving the health of workers. This is a testament to the representative role of the Trade Union in enterprises.
According to statistics, 27/28 grassroots trade unions have met the level set by Conclusion 03, reaching a rate of 96.4%.
