As a grassroots Trade Union official in a business, my biggest concern is the accommodation for union members, workers, and their children's education. In addition, I also hope that the Party and the State will have a special mechanism to call on businesses to jointly invest in building social housing right near the industrial park, along with kindergartens and health stations. When we are settled in modern and clean residential areas, we workers will have more favorable conditions to stick with businesses for a long time, reduce the situation of job changes, and help production and business of businesses become more stable.

Currently, many factories in Dong Thap have begun to apply robots and AI to production lines. Before this technology wave, I expect that at this Congress, the Party and the State will suggest a pioneering strategy on AI for the direct labor force. We want to be supported in learning digital skills and operating modern machines right at the factory so that no one is left behind. When workers are confident in their skills, that is the foundation of self-reliance and self-strengthening spirit, contributing to the prosperity of the country.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Chau - Chairwoman of My Tho Ward Trade Union: Enhancing the position of the Fatherland Front and the grassroots Trade Union organization
We expect the Congress to have guidelines and policies to enhance the position of the Fatherland Front and the Trade Union organization at the grassroots level, creating conditions to promote the good role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of the people and implementing supervision and social criticism. In particular, we hope that the Central Government will continue to improve preferential policies, allowance regimes and training for grassroots cadres so that everyone can feel secure in working and contributing for a long time. With the spirit of "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", we believe that the Congress will open a new phase, contributing to building an increasingly civilized, modern, and compassionate two-level government.

With the role of Trade Union official in universities, I expect the 14th National Party Congress to select a team of leaders with heart, vision, and sufficient capacity to build a strong country and enhance its position in the international arena. I hope to soon have breakthrough policies to invest effectively in education. The focus is on improving the quality of human resources through developing the teaching staff and management staff in a standardized direction. Policies need to ensure income and working conditions so that teachers can feel secure in their profession. Thereby, the teaching staff can focus on teaching, scientific research and community service.
