Every year, the unit coordinates to organize skills improvement classes, orient goals, build a human resource development roadmap and appropriate incentive policies, helping workers have opportunities to develop their careers and advance their work.
Cultural and sports activities, giving gifts on holidays, giving scholarships to children of workers, or charity programs in disadvantaged localities... are all maintained regularly.
In particular, the Christmas program at the end of the year organized by the Factory Union is always eagerly awaited by union members.
Not only is it a year-end party for all union members and workers, it is also an opportunity for cadres and workers to sit down, share and look back on the achievements after a year of work.

Linking emulation with workers' lives
