On December 14, the Employment Service Center under the Department of Home Affairs of Lam Dong province said that the unit is maintaining weekly periodic job counseling for workers who need to find a job, especially those receiving unemployment benefits.
This activity aims to connect labor supply and demand in the context of many businesses accelerating production to serve year-end orders.

According to the representative of the Employment Service Center, at this time, many businesses need to add more workers to keep up with production progress, especially in the fields of garment, processing, assembly and services. This is a favorable condition for unemployed workers to access new job opportunities.
At the consultations, workers were updated with labor market information, grasping the recruitment needs of businesses according to each industry and job position.
The center also advises employees on how to choose a job that suits their abilities, experience and personal conditions.

Not only introducing jobs, the Employment Service Center also guides workers to participate in short-term vocational training courses to supplement skills and meet actual recruitment requirements. Workers are specifically consulted on vocational training procedures, tuition support policies and long-term career orientation.
The center also advises on sending workers to work abroad under contracts.
Notably, workers are also directly connected to training facilities and recruiting enterprises. Many consultations are organized in the form of interviews and on-site recruitment registration, helping to shorten the time to find a job and stabilize income soon.

At the end of the year, the Southeast region of Lam Dong province recorded a large recruitment demand from businesses and industrial parks.
Many units need a significant number of employees in many positions, with stable salaries and preferential policies such as holiday bonuses, full participation in social insurance and promotion opportunities.
According to the Employment Service Center, proactive participation in consulting, vocational training and recruitment connections helps workers receiving unemployment benefits not miss the "golden time" to find a job at the end of the year. This is also a solution for workers to soon return to the working cycle, stabilize their lives and develop their careers sustainably.
