Currently, some cadres and civil servants of the Quang Ninh Trade Union are continuing to submit applications for early retirement.
Previously, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province approved the payment of support money with a total amount of nearly 30 billion VND for 21/51 cases under the government sector with applications for early retirement according to Decree 178.

These cases are all leaders of communes, wards, and units in Ha Long City, even old enough to be re-elected, but all have written voluntary applications for early retirement to facilitate the streamlining of the apparatus and improve operational efficiency.
Cam Pha City also has 9 cadres who are still of working age who have submitted applications for early retirement according to the policy of streamlining the organization of the Central, provincial and municipal governments.
