The event "AI Festival" was organized by the Department of Science and Technology in coordination with STEAM for Vietnam under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Committee, and People's Council of Dien Bien province to concretize Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
Within the framework of the event, activities took place such as: Launching the campaign "Dien Bien Phu - The journey of covering AI" and the "Binh dan hoc tap khoa luong ky" movement; summarizing the training course " application of new generation AI" and honoring outstanding projects; experiencing AI technology at exhibition booths and Robotics friendly tournaments with the theme "Champaign 715".
The festival attracted a large number of young people, students and people from all walks of life to participate.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing the "AI Festival"; training on "New generation AI application" for teachers; and honored 5 individuals with the most outstanding AI application projects in the training course "New generation AI application".
The "AI Festival" was held for the first time in Dien Bien - a mountainous province with many difficulties, demonstrating the determination of the provincial leadership in proactively integrating into global trends, exploiting advanced technologies, especially artificial intelligence (AI), as a new driving force for socio-economic development, sustainably and comprehensively.
